Why CommsPro?
CommsPro is a communications tool that will change the way in which important information
is communicated to parents. CommsPro enables the centre to send out correspondence
relating to health notices, customer account statements, birthday greetings, welcome
letters, newsletters and much more all at the touch of a button.
The user interface is easy to use, with a variety of templates already set up meaning
that all the centre staff need to do is select the template and press go, saving
both time and costs.

CommsPro Templates
When you subscribe to the CommsPro service, a number of templates are automatically
set up within your user interface. All you then need to do is log in to send communications

- Invitations to attend special events such as mother’s day morning teas or grandparents
