NumeroPro was created when ELS Ventures Pty Ltd purchased PC Pro Systems in June
2007.
Pc Pro Systems Pty Ltd (incorporated Sept 1993) had a history in servicing and delivering
technology solutions, having written custom software packages for small to medium
business, and creating vertical market software. They also manufactured computer
hardware, supplied, and serviced and installed many other IT related products to
small and medium business.
Since the creation of NumeroPro in 2007, the business has grown from 5 staff to
a team of 19 professionals. NumeroPro has clients in every state and Territory and
now has a suite of products that cover all aspects of the Child Care Industry. There
are also NumeroPro sales staff on the ground in Queensland, New South Wales and
Victoria.
The products within the NumeroPro suite were created on SQL, which is a querying
language for querying and modifying data and managing databases. The software includes
a new purpose built database management system that also includes powerful management
and administrative functions.
NumeroPro’s products have complete “flow through data” capability which interfaces
with the Australian Government Child Care Management System (CCMS), Child Care Centres,
Direct Debit Company’s, Banking Institutions and Direct Marketing businesses. NumeroPro
has developed the number 1 software solution over the last 2 years in consultation
with industry representatives and with considerable investment.
NumeroPro followed a stringent set of software development stages creating the new
software.

- Gathering requirements for the proposed business solution;
- Analysing the problem;
- Devising a plan or design for the software-based solution;
- Implementation (coding) of the software;
- Testing the software;
- Deployment; and
- Maintenance and bug fixing.
