While the name “NumeroPro” may be new to you, our business has been associated with
the childcare industry since the inception of Child Care Assistance and our team
members have extensive knowledge in all aspects of childcare based on 21 years experience.
Our software solutions have evolved as the industry has and we are now leading the
field in providing a full suite of products designed specifically for the industry.
Our executive have had experience with all operational aspects of child care centre,
including training, business licensing processes, IT strategy, new business acquisition
/ development initiatives, which means we understand the issues you are going through
with managing your business.
Our Executive Team:
John Hutchison – Chief Executive Officer

John has in excess of 18 years experience in the childcare industry. He was the
co-founder of Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed Hutchison Child Care Services
and ran the operations from inception in his roles as CEO and Executive Director.
After this time, John created Early Learning Services which listed on the ASX in
December 2007. John has been involved with centers in all states and diversities
of Australian culture and it has been his ambition over the years to assist and
be part of a better solution in the education and care of Australian Children.

Shane Mullen – Chief Operating Officer

Shane draws on experience from his roles at Qantas which include Financial Controller
Australia Sales, Manager Corporate & Government Sales in NSW, and responsibility
in delivering key projects for Corporate Revenue Improvement, Strategy and Yield
improvement and Qantas Charge Card Withdrawal projects. These projects delivered
additional revenue across this customer base whilst creating greater market penetration
with greater customer loyalty. Shane delivered Corporate Dealing initiatives still
employed today which successfully leveraged business strengths in their customer
base. He brings a wealth of business and revenue management experience to NumeroPro.

Mark Hannan – Chief Information Officer

|
Mark was the Application Manager for Queensland Health on the ERP project responsible
for developing and managing the test and production environments, responding to
the needs and challenges of ETL developers, project managers and business analysts.
Before moving to Australia Mark worked as for SAP Europe supporting large scale
enterprise projects throughout Europe. Mark’s team was the top performing team in
Europe for 2 years running.
