I recently transitioned to CCMS and started this process with another Software provider.
I received no support whatsoever and the Software was totally inadequate.
After 2 weeks I changed to NumeroPro. The task I had was daunting, as the data could
not be moved across.
Without the input, assistance and invaluable knowledge of Tim, my Account Manager
at NumeroPro, I could never have achieved this changeover. Tim remained patient
and extremely helpful through this process and never made me feel as if I was taking
up too much time. I was guided through each step in a manner I could easily understand
and my questions were dealt with in an efficient manner.
The quality of Support at NumeroPro is excellent and the Software itself is detailed,
precise and easy to use once you know the process. My Assistants at the Centre have

During the first few months of operation we had a system in our centre’s that was
not to our satisfaction, then we changed to Numero Pro. The staff at Numero Pro
made the transition easy and simple and it was a pleasure, and change to be dealing

Whiz Kids has been with Numero Pro since the commencement of their first centre

all of their clientele. They nominate Account Managers for a specific group of centres,
which from a Director’s perspective is extremely valuable because you always get

Our account Manager Chris, is always helpful and will go above and beyond his duties
to help me out with any questions and queries that I may have regarding the Numero
Pro Software.
The payroll girls – Sam, Nicole and Kadie are the same, nothing is ever a problem
for them. They are always keen to help wherever possible.

I thought I would let you know that we are really happy with CommsPro, and wanted
to give you some positive feedback.
Our parents absolutely loved receiving their account statements via email. We were
awaiting feedback today and are really pleased with the feedback we have received
so far.
I also had a very happy and excited mum who received the email for her child’s birthday.
She was delighted with it. This mother has been here for many years and said it
was a great touch.

We at Whiz Kids deal one on one with the staff, sometimes on a daily bases. We find
them extremely helpful and they are always willing to answer any questions we may
have. We get regular helpful emails and always cheerful staff to talk to when we

Our company implemented the NumeroPro Payroll system in February 2008.
The system has proven itself to be hassle free and all the necessary paperwork has
been emailed back to us without delay and competently prepared.
In addition, all monthly reports are received automatically, therefore enabling
payments of staff superannuation to be made within the required time frame.
The Payroll system had proven to be effective and efficient and has met all our
business requirements.

I would like to say that ever since I have had dealings with you and your team in
the payroll department I have never found anything but professional, efficient friendly
and patient.
Being a business owner brings with is many responsibilities. Of course paying my
staff and paying them accurately is a main one. You have always ensured that I am
made aware of my obligations and been more than helpful when I have phoned you with
one of many queries.
It has also taken a huge burden from me to know that I don’t have to worry when
‘tax time’ ‘comes along.’ Everything which is legally required is down-loaded to
my accountant, group certificates are printed for staff and I can sleep easy!

We have engaged the services of NumeroPro for the last 12 months initially to process
payroll for one child care centre. We felt the service offered was a realistic price
and would save us from the hassles associated with payroll. We have been so impressed
with the ease of using NumeroPro that we have since put another child care centre
and real estate office on the system.

I am writing this letter to you and your company to inform you that I have been
fully satisfied with the program and the continued service provided by yourselves.
I transitioned in June 2008 and although initially we experienced teething problems
from both yourselves and CCMS, NumeroPro were always there to rectify any problems
that arose for me.
Recently I purchased a new computer which I found impossible to transfer all my
data and Tim Caruana who is my support person spent numerous hours trying to fix
the problem which was really appreciated. I have found that no problem is put in
the two hard basket and it does not matter how many times I ring for help I am always
helped in a courteous manner.
I have nothing but full admiration for the team at NumeroPro and look forward to
